What's the difference between a fractional partner and a consultancy?+

A consultancy writes the strategy. A fractional partner owns the operation. We're inside the standups, the deal reviews, and the month-end — accountable to the same number the operator is.

How long does an engagement run?+

Engagements start with the Diagnostic (two weeks). Build phases run in 90-day cycles. Most partnerships last 9–18 months — we stay until the operator owns the system cold, then we leave.

Do you replace our team?+

No. We replace the gap between your team — the handoffs, the spreadsheets, the chasing. The people stay. The operation around them changes.

Where do you operate?+

South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Time zones are managed by the partner on each engagement, not by you.

What does the Diagnostic cost?+

Pricing is set per engagement based on operation size and scope. Whatever it costs, the guarantee stands: if it doesn't find at least 3× its cost in operational waste, you don't pay.

Do you build the AI yourselves or use vendors?+

Both. We build custom agents where the workflow is specific to your operation, and we wire in best-in-class vendors where the off-the-shelf is better than anything we'd build. The choice is always about outcome, never about preference.
